Extremely popular for its blazing fall color, this deciduous shrub makes an excellent specimen, as an accent in a dark corner of the landscape, or formed into a beautiful hedge. Rich green leaves are displayed on mounds from spring to summer. Late in the year pods open revealing russet seeds which are eaten readily by wildlife.
