No, you can't reload a gift card.

Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Sorry, Customers can't check their own gift card balance, but you can contact us at 1-888-935-888 to check the balance and send the information to you.

5. Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

6. Can a gift card be used to pay for delivery, planting, installation and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes delivery, planting, installation and taxes.

7. Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?

Discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards. 

8. Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

9. Can I customize the amount for a gift card purchase?

No. However, you can contact us at 647-812-1188 to customize amounts for you.

Delivery times:Usually, we deliver within 5 business days. However, shipping time might vary depending on location and other factors.

Delivery fee: 

Delivery fees for plants range from $50 to $500, depending on the scale of your order.Online delivery fee do not apply to wire basket trees.

Soil, Mulch and Compost in Bulk : $150 within 4 yards, $300 between 5 to 20 yards.

• We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash, Cheque, Apple Pay,PayPal and other forms of payments. Customers can also come to our nursery to make a payment in person.
  

If you are purchasing products in a foreign currency other than Canadian dollars, additional exchange fees may apply.

Due to the uniqueness of the plants, equipment, and other heavy or oversized goods, shipping rates cannot be calculated when placing orders, and they should be placed separately. You have the choice to either pick up in store or have our staff contact you with the specific rates.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Note: Special orders cannot be returned or replaced.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unplanted and free of damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Note: 4% credit card procession fee is non-refundable. No procession fee for debit card payments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. 

Note: 4% credit card procession fee is non-refundable. No procession fee for debit card payments.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/discounted items 

Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale/discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges
